송도 트리플 스트리트에는 많은 레스토랑과 카페들이 있다. 줄여서 트스라고 부르더라.. 요즘은 너무 줄임말이 많아 사실 잘 못알아들을때가 많다. 트랜드라고 그러는데 당황스럽다. 이제 하다하다 별다줄(별걸 다 줄인다)이라는 말도 있더라. 심플한게 좋다지만 왜이렇게 사람들이 급해지는지... 모르겠다. 
 
 
 
 
 

[뱅루즈 송도점]

브런치카페 & 와인 레스토랑이라고 한다. 그래서 그런지 와인병으로 여기저기 데코레이션을 해놓았다. 비도오고 일찍 도착해서 그런지 사람이 거의 없었다. 서버 친절하시고 음식도 맛있었다.

It is called a brunch cafe and wine restaurant. Maybe that's why they decorated it here and there with wine bottles. Perhaps because it was raining and we arrived early, there were very few people. The server was friendly and the food was delicious.

우리의 브런치는 훈제연어 에그 베네딕트, 버섯크림 새우파스타, 계절스프와 파니니였다.

[카페 린치핀 LINCHPIN]

송도 대부분의 카페가 너무 아담해서 테이블 서너개 있고 테이블 간격도 좁아 난 조금 불편하더라. 그렇다고 근교에 우후죽순 생겨나는 대형카페는 더더 별로다. 적당히 여유있고 편안한 카페 찾기가 쉽지 않은데 여긴 적당한 여유로움에 모던한 인테리어도 좋고 커피도 맛있었다.
 
업체 소개: 린치핀은 수레나 자동차의 바퀴가 빠지지 않도록 축에 꽂는 핀을 가리킵니다. 핵심, 구심점, 꼭 필요한 동반자라는 의미를 갖고 있습니다. 린치핀의 커피, 베이커리, 공간, 그리고 서비스까지 우리의 일상에 중요한 핵심과 동반자가 되겠다는 의미로 시작된 브랜드입니다.

 

Most cafes in Songdo are very small, with only three or four tables, and the spacing between the tables is narrow, so I felt a little uncomfortable. However, the large cafes that are popping up in the suburbs are even worse. It's not easy to find a cafe that's reasonably relaxed and comfortable, but this one has a modern interior that's reasonably relaxed, and the coffee is delicious.
 
Company introduction: A linchpin refers to a pin inserted into the axle of a wheelbarrow or car to prevent it from falling off. It has the meaning of core, focal point, and essential companion. Lynchpin's coffee, bakery, space, and services are a brand that started with the intention of becoming an important core and companion in our daily lives.
